Ethics is in our DNA
Ethical behavior and conduct are at the heart of our culture, underpinning every part of our business and helping us achieve our purpose of shaping the future of real estate for a better world.
We have built a program called Ethics Everywhere focused on empowering our people to make ethical decisions every day. It makes us all responsible for creating a culture grounded in trust, fairness, and accountability. It reminds us that the integrity of our organization is built on the integrity of our people, and it helps us make a positive difference to our clients, colleagues, and communities so we can all thrive.
Living by our Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics is the cornerstone of our ethics program and provides the foundation for the way we do business. It is central to our purpose, draws on our values and provides a framework to guide our behavior. It helps us to make the right decisions and to do things the right way.
We choose supply partners who have the same commitment to ethics as JLL. All third parties working with JLL must adhere to the JLL Vendor Code of Conduct.
We encourage a safe speak up culture
We encourage a safe speak up culture where our people feel empowered to ask questions and raise concerns without fear of negative treatment or retaliation. JLL has implemented a reporting helpline and online platform, managed by an independent third party, which supports anonymous reporting and confidential case management. There are also other internal and external channels available to make a report.
“Not only does our focus on ethics and compliance build trust in JLL, it means the best people want to work for us and clients and partners want to work with us. As one of JLL’s three core values, ethics is a key pillar of our culture and is at the center of everything we do.”
