The Portfolio includes nine (9) loans secured by related properties in seven (7) states, including major markets such as New York, Houston, and Chicago. Of the nine loans, six (6) are floating rates (91% by balance) with a W.A. Coupon of 2.64% and a W.A. Margin of 2.47%. Three (3) fixed rate loans make up 9% by balance and combine for a W.A. Coupon of 3.86%. The offering provides investors the opportunity to acquire a substantial and diversified Portfolio of both floating and fixed rate loans on high quality and well-positioned hotels in their respective markets. The Seller will consider bids on (i) any individual loan, (ii) any combination of loans, or (iii) the Portfolio in its entirety.
Jones Lang LaSalle ("JLL") has been retained by the Seller on an exclusive basis to arrange the sale of a $255 million performing hotel loan portfolio (the "Loans" or "Portfolio"). The Portfolio is composed of nine (9) loans secured by hotels throughout the United States.
