Modern logistics warehouse demand to remain upbeat

The volume of enquiries for office space was slightly started to pick up although tenants remained implement cost-saving strategies. Demand for logistics space remained healthy despite limited supply, with e-commerce and 3PLs as the main drivers.
Data centre developments also continued to attract local and international players. Local and foreign investors are still active in some sectors, such as logistics, data centres, and residential, especially landed houses.
