Office: More supply expected in 2020; less in subsequent years

Whole year net absorption was strong in the office market while new supply ensured occupancy remained pressured. The supply pipeline is likely to thin out from 2021 onwards. 

Prime shopping malls continue to attract strong foot traffic while sales in the residential market may pick up as we move into 2020.
