The year 2022 began with a stable occupancy rate for the office sector, with leasing deals dominated by technology companies. Family-friendly restaurants and entertainment facilities attract visitors, supported by children's playground.
Demand for modern logistics warehouses is expected to be particularly robust due to strong tailwinds triggered by the growing e-commerce market. Meanwhile, condominium sales activity remained weak, and Jakarta hotels continued to be driven by domestic demand in the first three months.
